Income of Beijing residents increased 11.6% in the first half year

Finance--local fiscal revenue surpassed 100 billion

    In the first 6 months, the local fiscal revenue of Beijing city completed 107.06 billion yuan, increased 46.4% compared with that at the same time of last year, 19.4% higher. The financial expenditure of the city completed 84.23 billion yuan, increased 29.5% compared with that at the same time of last year. The characteristic of the service economy of Beijing is even prominent. The tertiary industries contributed 88.61 billion yuan of the fiscal revenue, increased 49.9%, making up 82.8% of the whole revenue.

Income--income of Beijing residents increased 11.6%

    According to the report about the Beijing national economy and social development carried out in the first half year, the income per capita which can be allocated by the city residents, reached 12,547 yuan, increased 11.6%; The cash income per capita of the farmers reached 6,357 yuan, increased 13.8%, 3.3% higher. The price of consumption in the first half year of the city residents totally increased 6.1%, decreased 0.5% and 0.6% in May and June, compared with those at the same time of last year, indicating a tendency of slowdown in the high level. But the increase of the food price is still the main factor of the price increase.


Housing-- The investment in the economical and suitable housing grew 1.2 times compared with that at the same time of last year

    In the first half of this year, Beijing accomplished totally an investment of 1.64 billion yuan in the economical and suitable housing, grew 1.2 times. The economical and suitable housing, the low-price housing and the limited-price housing which went into operation reached individually 4.85 million square meters, 358,000 square meters and 3.21 million square meters. After the Olympic Games, Beijing will focus on launching a number of major infrastructure projects and the projects in the new city and the southern part of the city.


Food--99.92% restaurants reached the standard of Grade C and above
  
It is understood that 35,800 restaurants in Beijing have passed the evaluation of grade rating until July 1. The total number of the units that has reached the standard of grade C and above is 99.92%.
